Honor the Ancient

As I ran across the finish line this morning for the Saints 5k race I stopped and took a deep breath, proud of myself for beating my personal best time. That thought was quickly overshadowed by a tattoo that caught my eye. I met up with my friends but wished I could have got a better look at the piece. I saw him again by the beer stand and had to find out more about his artwork. Come to find out he simply just always admired that type of art so him and his tattoo artist collaborated to make this happen. He’s not Native American but still is proud of the way it came out and so am I. This big and colorful back piece is sure to continue starting conversations.
